Dry ice blasting is an innovative, eco-friendly cleaning method that uses small pellets of solid carbon dioxide (dry ice) accelerated in a pressurised air stream. When the pellets strike a surface, they sublimate—turning directly from a solid to a gas—creating a micro-explosion that lifts contaminants away from the underlying material.

• Hourly rate: £200/hr (promo: £180/hr).

• Dry ice: First 20kg/h included in every booking; £3/kg thereafter.

Standalone & Add-On Services

• Engine bay dry-ice clean — typically 1–2 hrs
  From £200 (promo £180) — usually within the 20 kg included allocation.

• Motorbikes — typically 2–4 hrs
  From £400 (promo £360). Extra ice, if any: £0–£60.

• Engine/gearbox parts, plant, machinery, furniture & other items — £POA
  Priced at £200/hr (promo £180/hr)

Industrial / Construction / Marine / Aviation (on-site)

• Hourly: £200/hr (promo £180/hr).

• Day rate (8 hrs): £1,600 (promo £1,440).

• Ice: First 20kg/h included, then £3/kg

Treatment Levels — Scope + Prices

Format shows promo/standard (promo = £180/hr, standard = £200/hr). All packages include the first 20kg/h of dry ice; additional ice is charged at £3/kg. Figures assume average condition; heavily corroded or modified vehicles may require more hours/ice. Levels L4 include rust conversion; all levels include underseal after the listed scope.

Notes

• Prices are based on typical conditions. Additional labour/materials may be required for heavy corrosion, seized fixings, fabrication requests, or unusual access.

• Travel costs may be applicable and are additionally quoted on a case-by-case basis.

• A detailed estimate can be provided following inspection/photos.
